What skill levels do you support?
We offer Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced tracks. Each catalog item lists its level and any prerequisites.
Are materials included?
Yes. Clay, tools for in-class use, and standard glazes are included. Extra bags of clay can be purchased in-studio if you need more.
How do kiln firings work?
Your course fee includes bisque and a single glaze firing within reasonable size limits. Large or unusually dense work may require additional firing fees for safety and energy use.
Can I make up a missed class?
Yes. You can attend another session of the same level during the same month if space allows. Contact us to arrange a make-up spot.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund up to 7 days before the first session. Within 7 days, we offer credit toward a future class. Once a course begins, refunds are not available.
Is the studio accessible?
Our entrance and primary workspaces are wheelchair accessible. Let us know any specific needs and we will prepare the best setup for<|eos|>
